New accessories for the Porsche Exclusive, Tequipment, and Selection programs

The Porsche Exclusive program offers buyers the opportunity to order their car as a custom-made, unique piece with individual visual and technical extras. New to the program for the 911 Cabriolet and Coupé is an aero kit that uses body add-on parts from the Supercup racing version to sustainably emphasize the sporty look of the new Porsche 911. If ordered in good time, the conversion will be carried out during the car's production at the factory according to Porsche's strict quality standards.

The Exclusive & Tequipment program, which includes a high-quality and select range of retrofittable accessories, adds further accents to a personalized and sporty look. The two-piece 18-inch SportClassic II alloy wheel differs from the standard model in its design with ten Y-shaped spokes and the attachment of the rim and wheel center with lightweight, high-strength titanium screws.

The new sports suspension for the 911 Carrera, with shorter, stiffer springs, harder damper tuning, and stronger anti-roll bars, is now available in conjunction with an oil pan guard. This component, proven in motorsports, protects the integrated dry sump of the new, water-cooled boxer engine from costly consequential damage when impacting on poor roads due to the approximately 30 millimeters reduced ground clearance. The particularly sporty suspension setup improves the 911's already excellent stability when cornering.

Another accessory for sports drivers are the Porsche sports seats. These are lightweight plastic seats with a very pronounced contour for uncompromisingly good lateral support, which is essential for ambitious driving on racetracks. The sports bucket seats can be ordered with covers made of perforated leather or flame-retardant fabric (in accordance with racing regulations). The auxiliary heating, which is now also available for the new generation of Porsche sports cars, aims to provide greater comfort. The coolant of the water-cooled boxer engines is heated here in the combustion chamber. A timer makes it possible adjusting the heating start so that the heater and engine are already at full operating temperature when starting: This not only ensures a preheated interior, but is also a very healthy option for a Porsche boxer engine.

A wind deflector is available as an optional extra for the new 911 Cabriolet. The very stable plastic construction is generously dimensioned, guaranteeing turbulence-free open-top driving even at high speeds. When not in use, the wind deflector can be folded compactly. A matching pocket in the spare tire cover ensures safe storage.

A sophisticated roof transport system

An interesting option for predominantly sporty convertible drivers is the custom-made roof transport system. The two bars allow skis, snowboards, or mountain bikes to be transported on the Porsche roof, regardless of whether the hardtop, fabric roof, or open cockpit is underneath.

To ensure that the convertible never loses its shine, even in a dusty garage, Porsche offers tailor-made "Car Covers" made of flame-retardant fabric. The cover features the company crest on the front and the Porsche logo on the back.

The Porsche Selection program also provides the perfect outfit. With a jacket from the versatile leather collection, the fun of driving a convertible remains undiminished, even in a fresh breeze. The collection includes jackets made of robust cowhide nubuck, velvety-soft calfskin suede, and supple goatskin nappa leather.

An ideal offer for drivers exposed to the wind is the "Special Edition": a blouson made of goatskin nappa leather with a button-up lambskin collar, conveniently packaged in a stylish aluminum case. A matching convertible cap, also made of leather, and four different models of sunglasses – original Porsche, of course – are available to perfect your style in the wind.

To cultivate the romance of driving — not just in a convertible —Porsche Selection offers a picnic case that transcends all wicker basket nostalgia and relies on a high-tech look. The case is made of aluminum, while the thermos flask, insulated cups, storage container, and cutlery are made of stainless steel. And for that first picnic, the selection also includes a bottle of sparkling wine: Porsche sparkling wine!

The rider's health, on the other hand, benefits from an introduction to the Porsche bike program, which offers a wide range of functional and stylish bikes that appeal to every sporty Porsche customer. The Bike S, with a front suspension fork and hydraulic rim brakes, offers the extensive capabilities of a semi-suspension mountain bike.

Technically sophisticated and perfectly equipped for a fast descent over lonely mountain trails, is the Bike FS, whose name "Full Suspension" indicates that it has front and rear suspension. Braking is provided by a disc brake on each wheel – in the style of a full-size Porsche. The top model in the mountain bike series is called the Bike FS Evolution. This professional bike features long suspension travel and top-of-the-line components. Carbon wheels are included, as are an upside-down fork and disc brakes. A storage system that assigns a dedicated space in the garage for the second set of wheels, the hardtop, the roof racks, and other accessories is addressed to the very practical needs of customers. It is a sturdy transport trolley made of anodized light metal profiles, which is easy to maneuver in the garage thanks to a pair of all-round swivel casters. Four complete bikes can be stored on it, the hardtop holder can be attached to it, the roof rack system can be accommodated here with special holders, and side storage baskets keep maintenance products and tools perfectly organized.
